Common questions
Do I need a Drive Match dealer account to use Desking?
No. Desking is its own subscription for individual sellers and brokers. If you already have a Standard or Premium dealer account, desking is included and you just sign in.
How accurate are the lease and finance programs?
Programs come from the same engine that powers Drive Match consumer quotes. We track program names, money factors, residuals, and incentives by region and refresh them as captives publish updates.
What if my make is not covered?
We cover every major make in the US lease and finance market. Switch plans from the billing portal anytime, no penalty.
What happens after the 6-month launch promo?
Your plan continues at the regular price. Cancel anytime from your Stripe billing portal.
Can I switch between Single, Three, and All Makes plans?
Yes. Plan changes happen in your billing portal and take effect immediately, prorated.
How is the broker plan different?
Broker Access includes everything in All Makes plus broker-fee handling, dealer profiles by ZIP and doc fee, and a broker role on the platform.
